2. How do I book a service and do you offer services on weekends?You can easily book a service through our website by selecting your desired service and preferred time. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form on our site. Currently, we do not accept bookings for Saturdays and Sundays through our website. However, for urgent service bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 664 30 34 91, and we will accommodate urgent requests.

3. How do I pay for the service?Payment is due after the service is completed. You can pay in cash after the service, or if you prefer to pay by credit card, you can do so online at the time of booking.

4. Do you guarantee the quality of your services?Yes, we guarantee high-quality services. If the cleaning or service does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will redo the work at no extra cost to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Can I cancel or reschedule a service?You can cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 20% penalty, which will be applied as a discount on your next booking.
